Welcome to Whip N Wash. By booking a service with us or using our website (whipnwash.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
By scheduling a service with Whip N Wash, you agree to allow our technicians access to your vehicle at the specified location and time. We provide mobile and on-site vehicle detailing based on your chosen package.
2.Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or social media.
A confirmation call or text will be made within 24 hours of booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
No-shows may be refused future bookings.
3. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the vehicle differs significantly from what was described (excessive pet hair, stains, trash, etc.).
Pre-existing damage will be documented before any service begins. We are not responsible for damage that is already present or caused by rust, brittle surfaces, or failing clear coat.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, or other approved payment methods.
All prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and location.
6. Weather Policy
If weather conditions prevent us from safely performing the service (heavy rain, lightning, etc.), we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.
7. Liability
Whipin Wash is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for:
Damage due to poor maintenance, aftermarket accessories, or fragile surfaces.
Items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables prior to service.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe, the vehicle is deemed unsanitary (e.g. biohazard), or for any reason at our discretion.
9. Use of Photos
We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for quality assurance and marketing purposes. No identifying details (license plate, address, etc.) will be shown. If you prefer we don’t use images of your vehicle, please let us know at the time of service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
