You must be at least 18 years old to book services.

By booking, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Booking & Payments

  • Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through approved scheduling platforms.

  • Payments may be made via cash, card, or accepted digital methods.

  • A deposit may be required to secure appointments.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • To ensure the best results, customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and accessible parking or workspace.

  • Remove personal items from the vehicle before service begins.

  • Disclose any known vehicle issues (leaks, electronics, etc.) that may affect detailing.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside vehicles.

6. Satisfaction & Limitations

  • Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and prior maintenance.

  • Some stains, scratches, or damage may not be fully removable.

  • We do not guarantee 100% restoration, only the best achievable results for each vehicle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on whipnwash.com, including our logo, brand name, images, and text, is the property of Whip’in Wash Detailing. You may not reproduce, copy, or use this content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

Service Disclaimer

By booking a detail with Whip’in Wash Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Water & Power Access: Customer must provide access to sufficient space for detailing. If no on-site water or electricity is available, we will rely on our mobile setup.

Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, weak paint, aftermarket modifications, or worn materials that may worsen during normal cleaning.

Aftermarket Parts & Accessories: We are not liable for damage to non-OEM (aftermarket) parts, accessories, or equipment.

Weather Conditions: Services may be rescheduled due to rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions.

Stain & Odor Removal: While we aim for the best possible results, complete stain/odor removal cannot be guaranteed.

Customer Property: We are not responsible for valuables left inside vehicles..
